Peruses legal documents including legal agreements, joint venture agreements, agency agreements, memorandum of incorporation, confidentiality agreements, power of attorneys, tenders, bids, co-operation agreements, tenancy contracts, etc.
Perusing tender documents to be submitted and preparing comments on such documents perused.
Assists the Group Legal Advisor in reviewing and preparation of legal documents relating to various issues.
Monitors the trademark registration applications, prepares status of pending trademark applications and take initiative in filing new trademark registrations in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Updates the status of various lease agreements entered into between the company and mall owners and monitors renewal status.
Updates the status of all franchise agreements entered into with overseas Principals and monitors renewal terms and ensures compliance with the terms thereof.
Prepares summarized version of Franchise/License Agreements for easy reference by the end users.
Prepares routine legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, authorizations, board resolutions, etc.
Maintains knowledge of current and developing trends in the legal domain.
Liaises with external law firms and trademark agents from time to time as directed by Group Legal Advisor.
Performs research and analysis of routine legal issues.
Undertakes any other similar or related duties as may be directed by Group Legal Advisor.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Degree in LAW (LLB)
2 years’ experience with a law firm or in a legal department within an organization.
Good command of English
CFA, MBA or equivalent education qualification with minimum 4 years of experience.
Experience in preparing and analyzing investment proposals and Financial Management.
Conducting due diligence on companies, Monitoring and keeping up to date with market developments.
Financial modelling and projection.
Drafting, writing and making reports and recommendations to managers for internal managements use.
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (Arab national)
Bachelor Degree graduate
Min. 2–5 years’ experience in same field
Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategy
Good command of Arabic and English
Diploma in Event Management or equivalent
Good command of English
Min. 5 yrs. working experience in assisting with the event management (gala dinners, exhibitions and corporate events-weddings)
SENIOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
Degree in Civil Engineering
10 years of experience
Background in Construction is necessary
Experience in MEP, Infrastructure, Maintenance & Civil Works
Female (preferably Arab National)
Graduate of marketing course
Relevant experience in handling leasing properties
2-5 years of experience
